
Group Classes
Whether you're just getting started with Pilates or you've been doing it for years, joining a Pilates group class is a fantastic way to work out and improve your strength, stability and flexibility. Working in small groups of up to 10 people ensures you get more individual attention, helping you to work towards your personal goals, including strengthening and toning muscles, managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions and injury rehabilitation.
