Why Pilates?
Pilates has something for everyone, whether you already have a full exercise routine, or you’re just getting started. Pilates is designed to strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, balance and flexibility.
Why small groups?
When you're in a class of 20 or 30 the instructor demonstrates the exercises and it's up to you to follow. If you can’t see or hear everything, find it difficult to keep up, or you find some exercises uncomfortable, what do you do?
I prefer to teach small groups of up to 10 people. In a small group I choose the exercises to suit the members of the group, their capabilities and their exercise needs. I can check that everyone is doing the exercise as well as possible and help them to adjust it to suit their needs, which is great for those with joint problems. It’s a great balance between the support and camaraderie of a group setting, and individual attention to maximise your potential.

I have been going to Sarah's classes for over a year now. The classes are small and friendly and everyone is made to feel welcome. Sarah is a fantastic teacher who is very knowledgeable and non-judgmental. She is kind, patient and really cares about each individual person, giving helpful tips and making sure everyone is comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Pilates class with a great instructor and a relaxed, friendly environment.

Sarah is very aware of her pupils’ physical limitations and she adjusts the exercises accordingly. The Rehab Beginners Class is an excellent introduction to Pilates, particularly for the over 60s.

This class really helped me to relax whilst helping me feel stronger simultaneously. Lovely surroundings and a super knowledgeable and helpful instructor.

After 4 kids I felt my body weak and less flexible but after only a few classes I started feeling so much better. The exercises also helped me strengthen my pelvic floor and made me more aware that I need to practice Kegel everyday.
Sarah is a lovely instructor which makes the classes interesting by doing different exercises so it's never boring.

The postnatal Pilates class is great, it is very relaxed and has been perfect for me as a beginner but also would be good for more experienced people as we are shown how to make stretches more challenging. I have enjoyed going and it is a nice, calm atmosphere for the babies too.

Sarah is a great instructor. She is very calm and patient and takes time to explain things. She is also great with the babies and offers to help when one of them is unsettled!

I loved the classes, so relaxed and helped me to have some quality 'me' time during my pregnancy. Sarah explained everything really clearly and always gave alternatives depending on what you felt comfortable with and how far along you were! I would absolutely recommend :)
