Venues and Parking
St James Church House:
Venue has step free access, baby change facilities, parking is available around the corner at Kemp Place car park. The venue is on Bushey High Street, on the left of the duck pond.
Bushey Community Centre:
Venue has step free access, parking on site. Found on the Bushey Country Club site, go down the steps by the Police's, Safer neighbourhood signs, or use the nearby ramp.
Activ8 Pilates home studio:
There is a cat in the house although she's not allowed in the studio: you may encounter the cat or her fur on the way up to the studio. The studio is up 2 flights of stairs. There is unrestricted street parking.
Cancellation and Missing Sessions - Group Sessions
I'm going on holiday, can I pay less for the term?
If you want to ensure your space in the class is kept, you will need to pay the full term fee. You will be offered the opportunity to book a make-up session in a different class (within the half term) if space permits. Alternatively you can pay as you go (sessions must be pre-booked from 3 days in advance), however there is no guarantee that your space in the class is kept for you.
I've missed a session, can I attend another one?
If you have a term booking and give reasonable notice, you will be offered a space in an alternative class within the half term wherever possible. For pre-booked holidays this would need to be at the start of the half term, for sickness a message an hour before the class is fine. If you have booked a single session or trial the booking is valid for that date only.
What if the instructor cancels?
If the instructor has to cancel the class for any reason, you will be offered a refund or rescheduled class.
Cancellation - Individual Sessions
Can I reschedule a session?
24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. If less than 24 hours notice is given the session will be charged.

Postnatal Group Classes
What about babies that can crawl or walk?
Moving babies are also welcome, however it is the parents' responsibility to ensure that their child doesn't endanger themselves or anyone else when moving around the room. In the case of mobile babies, please bring their stroller, car seat or a small playpen in case they need to be kept by you for their own or others' safety. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What if my baby needs feeding or changing?
Feel free to feed your baby milk/water during sessions. If you choose to bring solid food, please ensure that it is allergen-free. You will be responsible for tidying up any mess, and for ensuring that no other baby can share your food (in case of allergies)
All facilities we use provide baby change facilities.
Can toddlers come?
I don't generally recommend attending the class with toddlers: they generally require more attention, particularly if they are moving, however if you have a reliable napper or a toddler who is not yet mobile, or happy to sit in a buggy you are welcome to attend the class with them.
