The benefits of regular exercise don't go away when you become pregnant, if anything, they increase. Pilates can help minimise back pain during pregnancy, strengthen your core and pelvic floor as well as helping your body feel ready for your new baby. The classes are specially tailored to support you throughout your pregnancy. You can choose between small group classes or working one-to-one with an instructor.
"I would highly recommend Sarah's Prenatal Pilates classes; both in person and via Zoom. Sarah has a lovely teaching style and always explains each exercise clearly, enabling you to get the best out of each session, whilst making sure that you are safe. She is very skilled, knowledgeable and sensitive to any physical limitations you may have, always suggesting an alternative exercise where appropriate. Classes are varied in content, fun, inclusive and provide the right amount of challenge. This is my first pregnancy and I feel really fortunate to have attended Sarah's classes.
